At Glenwood Acupuncture we offer the rental of high intensity PEMF devices for home treatment. The following situations may warrant the rental of a PEMF device from us:
-inability to attend the in-clinic treatment plan due to operating hours or distance,
-need for daily treatments, multi-daily treatments, or lengthier treatments,
-individuals or families wanting to trial a device prior to purchasing their own
The following PEMF devices are available for rent (please contact the office directly for current availability):
FlexPulse G2
-Maximum intensity of 200 Gauss
-Portable, battery operated PEMF system (device cannot be used while the battery is charging)
-10 different programs including options for brainwave entrainment
-Can run one or two applicators per treatment cycle
-Includes two applicators
-Rental Fees of $250 for 30 days or $90 for one week
Parmeds Multi Flash
-Maximum intensity of 4,000 Gauss
-10 different programs/intensities
-Runs one applicator per treatment cycle
-Includes the following applicators: 7″x7″ square pad, 12″ loop coil, and 18″ x 23″ half-body pad
-Rental Fees of $600 for 30 days or $200 for one week
Parmeds Premium Flash
-Maximum intensity of 7,200 Gauss
-10 different programs/intensities
-Runs one applicator per treatment cycle
-Includes the following applicators: 7″x7″ square pad, 12″ loop coil, and 18″ x 23″ half-body pad
-Rental Fees of $900 for 30 days or $300 for one week
Parmeds Ultra Flash
-Maximum intensity of 10,000 Gauss
-10 different programs/intensities
-“Magnetic Sandwich” system which can run one or two applicators per treatment cycle
-Includes the following applicators: 7″x7″ square pad, 12″ loop coil, and two 20″ x 60″ full body pads
-Rental Fees of $1,200 for 30 days or $400 for one week
Please note that a $2,000 security deposit via cleared check is required prior to the rental of the Parmeds devices and will be given back upon the timely return of the rented PEMF device, in the same condition as it was upon taking possession of the device. The security deposit for the FlexPulse device rental is $500. A protective case will be provided with each device rental.
Please contact the office directly to confirm availability of PEMF devices for rent. Please note that devices cannot be rented to individuals with an organ transplant, and extreme caution must be used in the presence of implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, spinal stimulators, cochlear implants, etc.. Devices are also not recommended for use with pregnant patients.
